​EDU 605: Leading for Diversity, Equity & Integration

This course pushed me to think of the extent of which we truly are equitable within my school. This work is an ongoing process that will take several years to truly accomplish. However, I have already created several student unions, changed from hierarchical leadership roles to leadership panels., increased after school activities and clubs.
